Former Softball Canada National Team Player ,
played Sr A Men’s across North America
Since 1992 Dean has played the game at the top level, playing with and against some
of the best fastpitch softball players in the World. Dean has won 4 Sr A Canadian
National Championships, 1 American National Championship and 1 ISC World
Championship. As a Pitcher and Designated Hitter, Dean became a member of Team
Canada in 1998 and played on ISF World Championship Teams in 2004 (New Zealand)
and 2009 (Saskatoon, SK.). Dean was inducted into the International Softball Congress
Hall of Fame in 2015. Dean was the pitching coach of Team Saskatchewan at the
Canada Games in 2013 and was the Men’s National Team Pitching Coach in 2017.

played Sr A Men’s across North America
Keith played at the top level of the men’s game for 19yrs, starting his Sr A career in
1990 with the Camrose Merchants. During his career he won 5 Sr A Canadian National
Championships. Keith was a member of the Men’s National Team program for 13 years
that included playing in two ISF World Championships; 2000 (South Africa) and 2009
(Saskatoon) and winning a Gold Medal with Team Canada at the 2003 Pan American
Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Keith was inducted into the
International Softball Congress Hall of Fame in 2017. Keith is a certified Level 3 Coach
and was the Head Coach of Team Saskatchewan at the 2013 Canada Games. In 2013
Keith was named to the Junior Women’s National Team coaching staff and served as
the hitting and infield coach until 2017 when he was named Head Coach, a position he
currently still holds.

Ryan is one of the best defensive catchers to come out of Western Canada. His ability
to call games and his superior receiving ability are Ryan’s trademarks. His extensive
playing career includes National Championships at all minor levels highlighted by a
Gold Medal as a member of Team Saskatchewan at the 1993 Canada Games. Ryan
has coached minor ball for over 20 years at all age levels, both boys and girls. His
unique instructing style pushes his catchers to develop a strong work ethic but keeps a
smile on their faces. His passion for the game is transferred to the athletes he instructs
as he teaches catchers not only the position but how to become better teammates and
leaders. Every year since 2014 Ryan has been instrumental in developing catchers that
have gone on to college careers in the NCAA.
